SaveCathcart was founded out of a need to hold Snohomish County accountable to the law.  So many developments are close to rogue throughout the County because the oversight is so heavily tipped to development, at the cost of the public's health, general welfare and safety, the tagline of Snohomish County documents saying the County protects those.  As is the case once again in the Eastview Village development being permitted, the County has not fulfilled their obligation to their tagline.  SaveCathcart is a DBA (doing business as) of a sister non-profit, SaveBothell.  We chose the DBA format for SaveCathcart for the sake of time.  The 501c3  status takes 6-8 months to acquire from the IRS, and we did not have that kind of time with needing to appeal starting this past summer, 2025.  Both entities are non-profits, and can be researched under the SaveBothell name on the State of Washington Department of Revenue.  Our tax ID number is 92-0595797.

Our UBI is 604970170.  To find us at the Department of Revenue, go to business lookup and then ONLY type in our UBI number, otherwise you do not reach the correct results.
